User should be aware that this Website may contain features for collecting the User’s personal information including User’s name and email address as well as User’s accessing history of this Website. A.Williams Imaging may also collect and track non-personally identifiable information about User including User’s IP address, the type of browser User employs, and the referrer ID.
2. Entry by User
This Website may require the entry of personal information. This information must be entered by the actual User and not be any other person or by automated means. This Website also requires that the information be correct and the most recent available. In addition, User may request that A.Williams Imaging modify or delete User’s registered information by sending an email to [email protected] with the words “UPDATE USER INFORMATION” in the subject line.
3. Use of User Information
A.Williams Imaging reserves the right to compile, save, use within the scope of A.Williams Imaging’ activities, and analyze any and all User data (registration data, use history, etc.). A.Williams Imaging intends to use such User data for internal purposes only, including without limitation for the purposes of responding to User’s requests for information and for contacting User.
4. Choice/Opt Out
A.Williams Imaging may periodically send User information regarding A.Williams Imaging, its products and services. If User has been receiving such information and does not wish to continue receiving such information, please contact A.Williams Imaging at [email protected] and let A.Williams Imaging know that User no longer wishes to receive such information.
5. Disclosure of User Information
A.Williams Imaging, will control all User information gathered and will not disclose this information to a third-party except as otherwise set forth herein. However, in the event disclosure of any User information by A.Williams Imaging is required by law, A.Williams Imaging may disclose such User information without the consent of User.
A.Williams Imaging uses reasonable security measures to safeguard information concerning, and submitted by, users. Despite the above security measures employed by A.Williams Imaging, users should be aware that it is impossible to guarantee absolute security with respect to information sent through the Internet.
Refunds & Returns
I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in regards to the workmanship and quality of materials used to produce all of my printed product offerings. I strive to deliver high-quality products based on the order specifications such as print media, and print size. I cannot offer returns or refunds based on flaws in the original image file or decisions made after the order was placed.
Replacements also require a 4-business day production time. The replacement will be shipped under the same shipping service level initially paid for in the original order (i.e., Standard, Expedited, or Overnight shipping methods).
I want you to be happy with your photos, and the services that I provide for you. I understand that life happens. If there is an issue, I want to help you to make it right. I will do my best to work with with you in the event that you need a date to be cancelled or changed but I cannot give a guarantee of this.
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents A.Williams Imaging from shooting on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled or the client will receive a refund of their deposit, if applicable.
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking for wedding events. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a cancelation, postponement or any other event that may change your desired date.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if a client fails to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; A.Williams Imaging has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then A.Williams Imaging sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchase an incorrect photo, he/she must notify A.Williams Imaging, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph.
Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, A.Williams Imaging will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.
